Juvenile diabetes (type 1) is a debilitating disease that affects the whole body. The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) was founded in 1970 by parents of children with type 1 diabetes. The organization dedicates its efforts toward finding a cure for this devastating illness. Larry H. Miller Charities made a donation that was given to the Oregon and Southwest Washington Chapter of JDRF.
