"Impressed with level of Customer Service"

I just completed an excellent new minivan transaction with Nick Bekken.  I contacted 7 dealers in the Portland Metro area and Nick was among the fastest and most reliable in response.  He offered the best deal to me as well as had my desired car in stock (a bit of a lucky strike!).  I explained what I wanted for the transaction and he prepared everything appropriately before we arrived to finalize the purchase.  His demeanor was friendly but efficient, which is exactly what we needed, with two kids in tow during dinner/bedtime hours.  Your other sales associates in the showroom helped to entertain our kids with balloons, waves, and popcorn.  As we left, Nick mentioned to me that he knows the car pretty well so I could contact him with any questions.  

After bringing the car home, I was confused on a particular seat adjustment.  I checked the manual to no avail and thus emailed Nick my question.  He emailed the answer, including a personalized video in which he addressed me by first name and showed me how to change my setting.  I was so impressed with this level of customer service that I uploaded the 12-second video to facebook.  At least 10 of my friends subsequently responded with amazement at this level of customer service.  

We live in SW Portland, but I am very very glad we made the rush hour drive to Hillsboro to complete our new car transaction.  My husband was pleased that the paperwork process took less time than he expected.  Shout out to Nick!

His customer service and professionalism was outstanding! My mom and I had been to 5 dealerships that day before we met Arno and he blew-away the competition! Mike Morgan is hands down the best!  Low key, thorough, personable and most importantly a good listener.  I will be looking for him at Larry Miller the next time I have to replace my car.  The follow up and support from you and Larry Miller is above and beyond my expectations, and I am so tremendously glad I made that long drive instead of going to the closest dealer.  I feel like I am the lucky one here.

We worked with Robin Deffert who gave us excellent persoanlized service from start to finish.  She kept in contact with us before and after the sale but was never overbearing.  We found her to be very knowledgable, hard working, conscientious and flexible. She cared about our needs not just her sale.

We would go to Robin the next time we need a car but that won't be for a long time as we are very pleased with our 2010 Civic Hybrid.

"Superb"

First showroom visit for a test drive was superb.  Clint spent a lot of time with us on several test drives and answering questions and working details.  However there was no feeling of sales pressure from neither Clint or Greg, the Sales Manager, or Steve, the General Manager.  Once Clint understood our needs/wants, he suggested a slightly different model that saved me $1600 from the model I had originally planned on.

We purchased our vehicle through the Costco program, and in our area, they only dealt with Larry Miller Honda. We did have a less than favorable experience at another Honda dealer, which is what prompted us to investigate the Costco program. Our salesperson at Larry Miller was very knowledgeable, courteous, and we felt he dealt with us in a totally honest manner. Hillsboro Honda was probably the farthest dealership from our home, but because of the Costco discount/program, we dealt with them, and are very glad we did.

The salesman showed her the car which I bought.  She called me from the dealership and told me that I ought to buy the car. I did. I flew to the area and completed the purchase. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated the manner in which he guided me through the process and informed me of the details of about the car. I drove the car 1200 miles back to Colorado. I love the car and now my wife loves me.
